Colophon
I purchased the domain name chanelwood.com in January of 2007. I am both lazy and fussy when it comes to web design, a fact beautifully demonstrated by the fact that this domain name remained virtually unoccupied until the end of May—nearly five months after its registration.

The purpose of the site
The purpose of the site is to be a collective database of my life, experiences, knowledge, and skills. For these very reasons you will notice that it has a rather broad range of content—from recipes to web design articles—and is not specialized to any single topic or category. I think of CHNL not as a website, but as online representation of me.
The aim of this site is to inform, entertain and help others through my experiences and knowledge gained. After all, what’s a life lived, knowledge gained and skills aquired really worth if it isn’t shared? I don’t claim to know it all, but with what I know, I plan to share—and this website happens to be the perfect outlet for that.
