The Cranxantini
Introduction
This is one of my favorite meal time drinks, and good for you too; cranberries are excellent for the urinary tract, the sparkling mineral water provides the vital minerals in a light, bubbly form while the shot of mangosteen juice provides a much needed antioxidant boost.
Yields
One single serving
Utilities needed
A martini glass, or similar
Ingredients needed
Pure Cranberry juice
Sparkling mineral water (I recommend San Pellegrino)
1 ounce of pure, whole fruit mangosteen juice
How to make it
1/3 sparkling mineral water, add first
2/3 pure cranberry juice, add second
1 ounce shot of pure, whole fruit mangosteen juice, add last
Serving suggestions
Prepare just before consuming, or the mineral water will loose its fizz.
