After realizing I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life, I decided to start keeping a list of random things I know I want to do with my life. The items on this list range from dreams to goals to fanciful whims, subject to addition or removal at any moment.
- Finish highschool.
- Have a winter home.
- Go stormchasing.
- Get published somewhere.
- Kiss a police officer.
- Walk a red carpet.
- Go on a mission trip.
- Pay for my first car in cash upfront.
- Learn how to drive a car.
- Be in a movie.
- Record a song.
- Get married barefoot.
- Spend a week just taking photos.
- Learn how to play this.
- And this.
- Go to college.
- Change someone’s life.
- Wear the satin raspberry gown I’ve owned for 2 years out somewhere.
- Have breakfast in Vancouver, lunch in Lacombe, dinner in Montreal and sleep in my own bed, all in the same day.
- Travel across (literally across) the world.
- Go on a sailing trip.
- Make a speech.
- Run a half-marathon.
